This agreement is shown to every person who registers for an AwanusaX account. It explains your rights and responsibilities as a member. If there is anything you do not agree with, do not register — contact us first.

AwanusaX is a simulation and training sandbox operated by Ufiora Sdn. Bhd. It is NOT an approved design, production, maintenance, or training organisation, and nothing produced on it has any legal or airworthiness standing.

1. 0. What AwanusaX is

   AwanusaX ("AWNSX", "the platform", "the Sandbox") is a training and competence-practice environment operated by Ufiora Sdn. Bhd. You will produce aerospace engineering work, have it reviewed, and earn credits and credentials that show what you can do. The statements below explain your rights and responsibilities.

   I have read this and I understand what AwanusaX is.

2. 1. AwanusaX is not a regulatory, design, production, or training organisation

   I understand that AwanusaX is a simulation environment. It is NOT an approved Design Organisation, Production Organisation, Maintenance Organisation, or Approved Training Organisation, and holds no approval or delegation from any aviation authority (such as EASA, CAAM, or the FAA). Nothing on this platform is a legal or airworthiness document. Any design, analysis, procedure, or data I produce here is for simulation and learning only — it carries no legal standing and does not apply to any real aircraft, real product, or real organisation. My credentials are evidence of demonstrated competence, not a licence, approval, or authority to certify anything.

   I agree. I will never treat, present, or use anything from AwanusaX as if it were a real regulatory approval or applicable to a real product.

3. 2. Confidentiality — what happens in the Sandbox stays in the Sandbox

   I understand that materials on the platform — templates, method guides, data packs, sponsor briefs, other members’ work, and mission materials — may be owned by AwanusaX, by sponsors, or by partner agencies. I agree not to disclose, copy, publish, or take any of this information outside the Sandbox without written permission from the owner. This includes sponsor and mission data, which may be commercially sensitive or restricted. This duty continues even after I leave the platform.

   I agree. I will keep Sandbox information confidential and will not share it outside the platform.

4. 3. Your own work must be honest and properly referenced

   I confirm that all work I submit is my own, produced within my genuine expertise, and grounded in real academic, industrial, and regulatory references. I will not falsify results, invent data, plagiarise, or state anything as fact without a proper, real source. I understand that fabrication or plagiarism voids the affected work, may cost me my rank or credential, and can lead to removal from the platform.

   I agree. Everything I submit will be honest, within my competence, and referenced to real sources — no falsification, no made-up data.

5. 4. Data you produce belongs to the Sandbox and creates no obligation

   I understand that the work I produce is for use within the Sandbox and creates no binding obligation on anyone. AwanusaX gives no warranty on any work produced here and accepts no liability for its use. For work produced under a sponsored mission, and only as permitted by the platform’s Operations Manual, I understand that separate accountability terms apply, and that I — together with the sponsor and any associated parties — must agree to those mission-specific accountability terms (see the Mission Accountability Statement, AX-LGL-0002) before taking part in that mission.

   I agree. Sandbox work carries no obligation or warranty, and I will accept the specific accountability terms of any sponsored mission before I join it.

6. 5. You are responsible for your tools and licences

   I understand that AwanusaX does not provide engineering software (CAD, FEA, CFD, simulation, or development tools) or licences for them. If I use my own, my employer’s, my university’s, an open-source, an educational, or a trial tool, I am responsible for holding a valid licence and for respecting its terms (including any rule against commercial use).

   I agree. I am responsible for the tools I use and their licences.

7. 6. Credits are reputation, not money

   I understand that credits are a measure of verified effort and reputation. They cannot be bought to gain rank, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to another member. Rank and credentials must be earned.

   I agree. Credits are not money and cannot buy rank.

8. 7. Fair review and honest conduct

   I understand that my work will be reviewed by peers and verifiers, that I may be asked to review others’ work fairly, and that reviews are audited. I will not collude, trade favourable reviews, offer or accept payment for a review, or attempt to manipulate the credit or credential system in any way.

   I agree. I will take part honestly and will not try to game the system.

9. 8. Your personal data

   I understand that AwanusaX processes my personal data in line with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (and the GDPR where it applies to me), as described in the Privacy Notice. I understand that if a credential has been issued in my name and relied upon by a third party, the underlying records may be retained in anonymised form even if I delete my account, so that the credential remains verifiable.

   I agree, and I have read the Privacy Notice.

10. 9. Account security

    I agree to keep my login details secure, not to share my account, and to enable two-factor authentication when required (mandatory at senior ranks). I understand that any verification or work signed under my account is treated as mine.

11. 10. Eligibility and accuracy of my details

    I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and that the registration details I have provided (including any student, faculty, or employer status) are true. I will keep them up to date and understand that false eligibility claims may end my membership.

    I agree. I am 18 or over and my details are accurate.

12. 11. Suspension, removal, and the rules that govern us

    I understand that AwanusaX may suspend or remove my account for breach of these terms, and that a credential may be revoked if the work behind it is found to be dishonest. I agree that these terms, the Operations Manual, and the User Guide together govern my use of the platform, and that they may be updated with notice. This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
